Brandon Van Dover joined the United States Army and swore an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States, from all enemies foreign and domestic. That promise has stuck with him ever since, and it's the foundation of why he's running for Minnesota State Senate in District 27.

Brandon isn't running because he wants a title. He's running because he's spent time listening to neighbors across District 27 talk about the same things over and over: prices that keep climbing, a government that feels out of touch, and a fear that basic rights are up for debate. He believes Minnesota can do better, and he believes District 27 deserves a senator who will show up, listen, and fight for the people who live here rather than special interests in St. Paul.

Brandon is running alongside fellow District 27 candidates Vanessa Davenport (House 27A) and Charles McConaughay (House 27B), and the three of them have been out together knocking doors, meeting voters, and hearing directly from the community about what matters most.
