Where I Stand
The Constitution
I am a strong observer of constitutional rights, and I will not tolerate any infringements on them. When I joined the Army, I swore an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States, from all enemies foreign and domestic. That oath still guides me today.
The Environment
Clean water and clean air aren't negotiable. I will fight mining near the Boundary Waters Canoe Area, and I will stand up for the natural resources that make Minnesota worth protecting for the next generation.
Affordability
Families in District 27 need prices they can actually afford. That means strong job growth and a tax structure that benefits and strengthens the middle class, not one that punishes hard work. I oppose new taxes on working families, and I believe we should demand more from our government instead of asking taxpayers to pay more. That starts with cutting out fraud, waste, and abuse.
Human Rights
Women's rights, immigration rights, and LGBTQ+ rights are human rights. I will always stand up for the dignity and freedom of every person in District 27, no exceptions.
